Here's the answer: Because I can.

My name is David Sieg and Making-biodiesel-at-home.com, and Making-biodiesel-books.com  are my creations. I'm the Managing Director of International Biofuel Solutions, LLC. IBS is an American company on the biofuel frontier. We are located in Ho Chi Minh City, (Saigon) Vietnam. and Bangkok Thailand. We specialize in creating biotechnology solutions for developing countries. We are currently looking into the possibilities of bio-fuels using catfish oils and algae as feedstock.

I'm also a practicing teacher in both locations. In addition, I import/export waste oil, and I am doing a number of experimental algae biodiesel projects. (I'm a busy guy)

This website is meant as an educational resource and a public service in what is clearly a emerging trend in alternate energy. Biotechnology, is in our global future, no matter what form it takes. It is the only realistic way of reducing our dependence on oil in the short-term.

When it comes to biodiesel, we walk our talk...
